TMS320F280041C: One of the FTDI driver functions used to write data returned bad status or an error in TMS320F280041C device.

Hello,

I am recently transit my project from TMS320F28035 to TMS320F280041C for motor control application. Project is imported from Control suite Example named " HVPM_Sensorless_2833x" . Project is build properly but when i dump code into CPU  TMS320F280041C , error is coming like below.

Error connecting to the target:
(Error -154 @ 0x0)
One of the FTDI driver functions used to
write data returned bad status or an error.
(Emulation package 9.2.0.00002)

and when i checking JTAG connectivity from Project setting it shows

The JTAG IR and DR scan-paths cannot circulate bits, they may be broken.
An attempt to scan the JTAG scan-path has failed.
The target's JTAG scan-path appears to be broken
with a stuck-at-ones or stuck-at-zero fault.

i am using Texas Instruments XDS100v3 USB debug probe and CCS version10 , and when i programme using XDS100v3 USB probe for other project then programme is dump properly (no issue of XDS100v3 USB debug probe).
