TMS320F28374D: Statement of Volatility

Part Number: TMS320F28374D

Hi team, working with a customer on this device, TMS320F2837xD. Do we have anything along the lines of a “statement of volatility” for this series of processors so they can identify instances of non-volatile memory in these devices?

    Kannan,

    I am not aware of any direct statements resembling your example.  The memory instances are described as RAM, FLASH, or ROM, with the intended adherence to traditional expectations of volatility.

    • RAM = Volatile with Read and Write access
    • FLASH = Non-Volatile with Read and Program access
    • ROM = Non-Volatile with Read access only
