The SM320F2812 product page does not list anymore GHH (microstar BGA) as it was LTBed.

For TMS320F2812 we do have a dropped-in replacement (ie GHH to GBB, see errata SPRZ492 here).

Do we plan to provide GBB as well for SM320F2812?

    Anthony,

    I checked with the production team, currently there are no plans to add GBB support for the SM320F2812.  I believe this was done based on order history, etc, and all parties should have been notified appropriately as per TI policy on LTB.

    If we know of some opportunities here, please send me an email and we can understand this a bit better.
