Are you trying this on your custom board or an TI control card?

If it is your custom board, if not Uniflash, are you able to program it successfully using CCS flash plugin?

Thank you for the clarification.

How are you generating the hex file?  Please provide the command used to generate it.

Are you configuring DCSM OTP as part of your image?  If yes, we can try to analyze if this causing any issue (we don't have any known issues as of now).  If yes, please try to remove the DCSM OTP content and see if you are able to program fine.  Let me know if that works and we can analyze this further.

Did you try to reinstall Uniflash?  I will ask our Uniflash GUI developer to take a look at this for you.  Please expect a reply early next week.
