Hi Team,

Section 5.1 of the User's Guide listed the equipment required to run the solar micro inverter kit. However, Figure 41 shows the block diagram with HV DC Power Supply of up to 400VDC. Is this really required? It seems the HV DC Power Supply is not included in Section 5.1.

    Yes, this 400V DC supply is not listed in section 5.1.

    If you follow that (option 1a) as described in 5.1 then you can use a low volt DC supply (25V ~ 44V). Because this option uses both the flyback dc/dc boost stage and the inverter stage. So the boost stage takes the low voltage DC and generates the 400V dc for the inverter.

    But if you just want to test the Inverter only (without the flyback boost stage) you can use a 400V dc source as shown in Figure 41.
