SM320F28335-HT: CPU Supply Voltage Requirements

Hello,

Could someone please clarify for me what voltage needs to be used for the VDD supply?  The SM320F28335-HT datasheet calls for 1.9V, but the TMS320F2833F datasheet calls for 1.9V @ 150MHz and 1.8V @ 100MHz.  I wanted to verify that the 1.9V specification in the -HT datasheet isn't a copy and paste error from the other datasheet.  Also, if operating the device at 25MHz, does the 1.9V specification still stand?

    Brandon,

    Thanks for reaching out to the E2E. 

    Since this is a high temp device, I believe that is why you are only seeing 1.9V +/-5% for all frequencies vs the catalog DS which has two ranges depending on the CPU frequency across a lower temp range.

    I'll also add that since this is what is in the datasheet, this is what the device is characterized/tested to meet its parameters over the increased temp range.
