TMDXIDDK379D: PS21765 inverter got damaged. From which website I can get the replacement part?

There is an alternate part from Mitsubishi, requiring minimal corrections to the board.

Pin 20 , bottom of board remove pad to isolate connection from ground.

Do not install R1,R2,R3,D1,D2&D3 as these components are internal to the new IPM design

The part is active, but suppliers have back orders on this. Requires some shopping around.

I searched with various vendors and the lead time is about 6-7 months. There is no other matching part that I can suggest at this time. You may try it locally with your vendors for any replacements, though i suspect even they may say the same.
