Smitha,

Yes, the pin out and package mechanicals are identical between the uSTAR BGA(ZHHA/ZGMA) and the nFBGA(ZAY/NMF) replacement for all C2000 MCUs making this change.

The only difference in performance will be the package thermals. You can find that information here.
