For CLB input below , Could you advise what is PWMA[OE] signal ?

Hi,

This is output buffer (IO) enable for ePWMA signal.
This needs to be set high to propagate ePWMA signal out of the chip via IO buffer, if you are generating ePWMA signal from CLB.
