Hi.Recently, I bought a DRV8301-69M-KIT + LVSERVOMTR，the motor in LVSERVOMTR is teknic_2310P. When I used InstaSPIN-MOTION GUI in software of MOTORKITSCNCD69MISO(motorkitscncd69miso_v104), I had some problems to control the motor. I firstly test "Motor Identification", it was ok and the motor rotated smoothly. But when i test function "Estimate System Inertia" ,the motor rotated chaotically. Even I passed "Estimate System Inertia" , the next evaluation "Tune the SpinTAC Speed Controller" was also abnormal. In this step, the motor was uncontrollable and shock severely. I am sure the wire connection is ok, because when I use InstaSPIN UNIVERSAL GUI, the example projects (labs) worked well. I think, maybe the firmware of "appProgram.out" in motorkitscncd69miso_v104 is broken. Where can I get a right "appProgram.out" for testing the complete functions of InstaSPIN-MOTION GUI ? Thank you for your reply. Yes, I want to use InstaSPIN MOTION for general demonstration.Because I want to evaluate all functions in a single GUI conveniently. I have tried re-install the InstaSPIN MOTION GUI, whatever from the U disk with the development kit or from the network link you provided. Sine the seperate labs in motorware worked well, maybe there is some problem with appProgram.out in motorkitscncd69miso_v104.
I am having the same problem here running with instaspin motion GUI, motor can be identified and running smoothly, inertia can be estimated but motor will jerk. Afterthat motor cannot be controlled properly in tuning window and always trigger fault error (red LED on). The motor tends to move intermitently while i set the target speed to zero rpm. May I know have you solved it? Can you please share with me your solution? Thank you.
