I need an MCU that can control 2 asynchronous 230V 3pase 0.16kW motors separately through IGBT devices. supply for the IGBT devices is 320VDC
I need to keep both motors at the same RPM I can use a hall effect device on each shaft and use the pules as a feedback unless TI has a better solution.
I am new to TI instaspin and their MCU's so looking for part number as a starting point.
Also are there in development kits that can do this

I am using the high voltage motor control kit
it came with 2 control card
1. F2806x ISO this card boots but I can only connect the PC by using the USB on the control card. The USB on the HV kit doesn't connect
2. F2802xx Piccolo-A this card doesn't boot and I can't connect using the USB on the HV development unit
I am totally new to this kit having just received it, any help much appreciated
