Hello,

The TMS320F28069 Datasheet and Technical Reference Manual provide info WRT the 28069's internal temperature sensor... how to use it and how to adjust it based on device-specific, stored temperature transfer function slope and offset info.  I cannot however find info/specs relative to the absolute accuracy that is achievable for temperature measurement (using the integral temperature sensor).
