Hi,

I am trying to design a solar inverter of Size 5KVA would like to understand if there are reference designs/design guidelines for the same  from Texas Instruments so that i can kick start my design.

    Have you taken a look at the solar development boards at:
    http://www.ti.com/f28xkits
    All are for sale on the TI eSTORE.

    The "high-voltage" kits work up to about 500W, but a similar design philosophy would be used in a 5KVA system.

    All documentation, schematics and software projects are available for free in controlSUITE.  This allows you to investigate which/whether any of the kits are what you need prior to buying them.
