Hi, 

I am trying to understand how the external resonator feature works. I have been using so far the internal oscillator on TMS320F28069 with the default from the F2806x_SysCtrl.c file (80MHz). and looking at the XCLKOUT pin the frequency I get is 40MHz  which make perfect sense; however I connected my resonator and switched the processor to use this resonator(16MHz) and on the XCLKOUT pin I get 127MHz which makes no sense since SYSCLKOUT max is 90MHz.
