C2000 DMC library, SVPWM related document

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CONTROLSUITE

Hello,

There are four SVPWM modules in TI’s DMC library (SVGEN, SVGEN_COMM, SVGEN_DPWM and SVGEN_MP). Although TI's DMC library provides source code for individual modules, but did not provide much technical information for each of them. I searched on line. It seems there are much more than four approaches for SVPWM.

Would TI please kindly proved more related technical documentation, such as technical reference paper related to each method.  Basically, I would like to know more about each approach’s performance such as efficiency, harmonics….

Thanks in advance.

    Han,

Hopefully you found the documentation in the doc directory as well (i.e. C:\ti\controlSUITE\libs\app_libs\motor_control\math_blocks\v4.2\~Docs)

I've also attached two application notes that have old 24x code examples - but the theory is still valid.

Let me know if this answers the question.

    Thank you & Regards

    Lori

  • Han - I've asked someone more familiar with the material to help out on the external post.
