Could you please confirm the Errata: SPRZ193N (Revised November 2015) is applicable to the SM320F2812PGFMEP or (V62/) devices?

Yes, SPRZ193N is the latest errata for SM320F2812 devices. That is the errata document shown on the product folder on the web.

Hello David,

The part we use is SM320F2812PGFMEP. It is SM320 not TMS320. The Errata (SPRZ193N) describes about the "TMS320".

Hence the question, is this Errata applicable to the SM320 or EP (V62/) devices? Please confirm.

Hi Siby,

Yep, I understand you are using SM320F2812, and not TMS320F2812. The errata is the same. SPRZ193N.

The SM320 device is the same design as the TMS320 device. Difference is in qualification, testing, burn-in, process control during production, etc.
