I am using the f28069 for a no bios applications and want to visualize one variable using the graph option but I didn't see this possibility in my tools (CCS6).
any idea ?

Was scratching my head here, and finally figured out what is going on. You seem to be using the "C/C++" perspective. I've never used this perspective myself, and it seems to have some unique menus (which is what was throwing me off). You need to change to one of the other perspective. As Gautam said, typically you would be in Debug perspective when doing a graph. Go to Window->Open_Perspective->Other, and choose Debug from the menu.
