software porting to F28M36P53

Hi ,
Actually we are using F28M36P63 series ,now we want to go for F28M36P53.Since the two parts are pin compatible,Can i use the same software only by changing the command file? I see that there is only one generic command file provided for F28M36x series in the compiler.So Just by changing the flash allocation in the command file ,Can i use the same software..Please Suggest

Yes you should be able to use same software but I am wondering why do you want to switch to F28M36P53 from F28M36P63 ?

Hi Vivek,
we see a price difference of 1.5usd(1K units)in the product portfolio.we are planning to go for bulk quantity,thats why we want to change to F28M36P53C2.

Thanks Naveen. As long as all the functionality available on this part, you should be able to use the same code. No issue with that.
