Look TI-PLC-PRIME-DC v4.0.0.0 for AT91RM9200 (and 300 nodes problem in V3.6.0.0)

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CONTROLSUITE, TI-PLC-PRIME-DC

Please build the binaries for AT91RM9200 microcontroller.

Now I use ".\SW\bin\OMAP\prime_dc" from "PrimeDC_SDK_PackageV3600"

And there is a problem.

Total nodes ~300. The program crashes after a good work for 2 days:

Sep 30 10:19:31 ucdk Prime Base Node: <COMM_dspKeepAliveRespHndlr> attempts curr<1> / total tx<711>/rx<711>
Sep 30 10:19:31 ucdk Prime Base Node: <UTIL_genStackTrace> --------------- assert stack dump ----------------
Sep 30 10:19:31 ucdk Prime Base Node: UTIL_genStackTrace - 1 : [0x41988d94]
Sep 30 10:19:31 ucdk Prime Base Node: <UTIL_genStackTrace> -------------------------------------------------

The program works fine and stable if the nodes ~100.

  • Hello Victor,

Which directory in controlSUITE did you obtain this program/development package?

    Thanks,
    Elizabeth
  • Hello Elizabeth,

I have no installation package "PrimeDC_SDK_PackageV3600.exe", but already have installed SDK at "c:\Texas Instruments\PrimeDC_SDK_PackageV3600".

Inside installed SDK i see dc binaries:

    "c:\Texas Instruments\PrimeDC_SDK_PackageV3600\SW\bin\AM335x\prime_dc"
    "c:\Texas Instruments\PrimeDC_SDK_PackageV3600\SW\bin\OMAP\prime_dc"

I was sure that these binaries can be found in TI-PLC-PRIME-DC v4.0.0.0.

    Should I download the controlSUITE ? (~1.7Gb)

    Thanks,
    Victor

  • Victor,

I'm looking into which experts can best assist with your question. Thanks for your patience.

    Elizabeth
  • Elizabeth thank you very much!

  • hi Victor ,

Can i get the question clear .. Do you want to use the Prime Sw package to be run on the AT91RM9200 rather than on the F28PLC83 ?
what hw are you using ?

    Regards .
  • Hi MEGHANA MANAVAZHI

    I have binaries "c:\Texas Instruments\PrimeDC_SDK_PackageV3600\SW\bin\OMAP\prime_dc"

As I understood, this binaries are for OMAP-L13x processors.

YES, I run this binaries on AT91RM9200 processor (with Linux).

Now, I'm just looking for modern version binaries ("TI-PLC-PRIME-DC v4.0.0.0"...\OMAP\prime_dc).

    Best regards,

    Victor

  • hi Victor ,

The latest version of binaries are the ones found in the link below ( which i believe is the one you have already)

    regards .

  • Yes, i have it (TI-PLC-PRIME-DC, v4.0.0.0, 22-May-2015), but inside there is no executable files for OMAP.
And I still need modern executable binaries for OMAP...
  • hi Victor ,

you can download the latest Prime omap binaries from the link below.

    regards .

  • Hi MEGHANA MANAVAZHI
    Great!
I need a few days to check.
    Best regards.
  • The new program also displays the "assert" and unloaded from memory.
