When I install the Controlsuite the status freezes and sometimes another icon appears, see the attached, but retry doesn't make any progress.

Hello,

If you are having trouble installing with the web installer, please try installing using the offline zip installer.

www.ti.com/.../CONTROLSUITE

The Controlsuite has been installed succesfully. It takes much less time. Thanks for your helpful link.
