We are designing a PCB for evaluating EFT performance of Digital Isolator + RS485 system. We need to quantify bit error in the communication between the nodes during EFT event. So we are planning to ping-pong data between two MCU and count number of packet errors. For the same we are looking for a MCU with following requirements
1) SPI communication between master and slave with 50Mbps bit rate.
2) Lowest pin count/ simple to solder package MCU.
3) Should be easy to program.
4) Robust to noisy environment
Please help us select a right micro-controller for this application.
