I recently purchased a TMDSCNCD28027F, this controlCARD with Piccolo TMS320F28027FPTT, InstaSPIN ™ -FOC enabled. Used to match Drv8301kit_revD. When the controlCARD plug in, set the DIP switch. And then follow the steps of InstaSPIN Projects and Labs User's Guide. But "HAL, Hello world" have failed. The following is a picture of CCS.

then I debug it.
When i thought it was successful.
LED labeled “LD2” doesn’t blink .
