TMS320F28062: USB drivers for bulk mode on windows 10

Part Number: TMS320F28062

Hi,

I have an issue regarding USB drivers. Until now my company used the "generic bulk device" (usb_dev_bulk) driver found here : http://www.ti.com/tool/sw-usb-windrivers. This worked well on our computers (mainly win 7 and 8).

Due to obsolescence of our production computers performing automatic testing, we now need to use Windows 10 (64 bits). However we were not able to install the driver mentioned above correctly.

* Right clicking the "usb_dev_bulk.inf" file and then on "Install" lead to an error saying that Windows faced an issue and was not able to install the driver.

* From the device manager we also tried to install/update the driver of the device pointing the containing folder to windows. It detects the correct driver then stop and report an error installing it.

The VID and PID in the .INF file matches with our device, it was not changed compared to the dev kit example.

I noticed that the last version is dated May 2011. Is there any other driver replacing this old one and compatible with Windows 10 (64 bits) ? Or is there another way to install or modify the driver that might work ?

Thanks for any help on this, we have a major deadline in 1 week... :(
