Software installation problem

I faced a problem that I download the set of software (code composer studio, controlsuite and motorware) on the website of LAUNCHXL-F28027F and install these three software, but I find that controlsuite and motorware are always exit immediately when I open them. So can anyone tell me how to solve that? Thank you very much and looking forward to your response.

I have installed the software of GUI composer, but controlsuite and motorware still quit immediately when I open them.

I'm not sure I follow what your issue is. ControlSUITE and MotorWare have their own GUI which isn't related to GUI composer. To browse controlSUITE and Motorware, you use the CCS resource explorer.

Dear Chris

The first attachment shows controlsuite error. It always says "Starting Resource Explorer, but I found I can open the controlsuite and motorware by opening code composer studio to click the view->Resource Explorer Classic. It will go the the page of controlsuite and motorware. I think it is the same as the page of controlsuite and motorware software themselves. In addition, I put the screenshot in the second attachment. I do not know whether I understand you instruction correctly?

If you are having running the resource explorer standalone, then refer to my first post. You must go into ~/controlSUITE/eclipse/workspace and delete the ".metadata" folder. This will fix it from being blank.
