Hello,

My customer asked the titled plot. It would be a detail within the +-3%

Is it possible for you or is it already published?

We aware that the DS section "Internal Oscillator" shows a box type characteristic.

Hi Hideaki,

The +/-3% includes temperature, voltage, and aging. The main contributor to go from 0.2% to 3.0% is temperature.

The temperature coefficient is not linear (e.g. it could go to +3% at both high and cold temperature on the same device) because the oscillator is 1st-order temperature compensated.

We won't be able to publish the data at finer granularity than the current datasheet.
