TMS320F28035: default state of X1 and X2 pin

what about the waveforms on X1 pin and X2 pin after power-on? - can you please explain/reword your question please?

Do you mean that you want to connect the oscilloscope probes to X1 and X2 and see the waveform in the scope or you mean that you want to compare X1 to GND and see the waveform in the scope and do the same for X2 and GND?

Yes, X1 to GND waveform and X2 to GND waveform.

Thank you for answer. I have two more question related to the test you have done.
1-We can see two channel waveform in the screen of scope, but what is third one in the form of square wave? I have this question in my mind because there is just two channel number in the screen.
2-Is this possible for you to show the difference of these two channel?

I had earlier used the scope for CAN bus debug and had the bus-display option turned on. I didn’t turn it off when I captured the X1/X2 waveform. You can ignore that square wave.

I didn’t understand your Q2 ("difference of these two channel"). The waveforms I captured are akin to the waveforms on the i/p and o/p of an inverter.

Q2---> I want to see the waveform X1-X2 in the screen and find how much does this waveform is similar to expected square wave for clock.

You already can see the X1/X2 waveforms in the oscilloscope screen photo I posted before.

 

The crystal oscillator is an analog peripheral. You will not see a square wave here. You will only see something resembling a sinusoidal wave.
