TMS320F28335: JTAG or SWD?

Hi TI,

I want to know why there are two ways of downloading codes named JTAG and SWD?What's the MAIN difference between them?And which one have more excellent performance?

SWD (Serial Wire Debug) is an interface and protocol to flash and debug ARM Cortex cores.
TMS320F28xx does not have such interface, because it's not ARM chip. However you still can use JTAG interface.
