Layout Data for Altium available?

Part Number: TMDSCNCD28069

Hi team,

my customer wants to built the Boards of the TMDSCNCD28069. They took all the data from the Control Suite, but it was not possible to import those data to Altium or Eagle. Can we provide them Altium files?

If not, can you explain why some Layers are shown inverterd, like the third Layer?

This design was completed in Mentor Pads, we have not and do not plan to update these to a new tool.

Additionally I am unsure why that layer is inverted, possibly it has something to do with the pours. I will investigate, but I don't expect to find a good reason.

Felix,

The reasons of making this plane 'negative' are:

It makes split planes more clear.
The design database size is smaller

can you tell me some more information about the PCB? What is the copper thickness? The thickness of the layers?

Felix,

I don't have a breakdown of the weight of the Cu, I suspect 1 or 2 oz. I will inquire about that, for now I have provided a document describing the total board thickness.
