TMS320F28377D: What's part number can support SDFM mode 1 and mode 3 , and also isolated like AMC13xx?

Hi,

TMS320F28377D SDFM can support four different modes.

AMC1305L25,AMC1305M05.... can support MODE 0.

AMC1306M25 can support MODE 2.

ADS1203 can support all 4 modes, but it is not isolated.

Any suggestion about support SDFM mode 1 and mode 3 , and also isolated like AMC13xx?

I just pinged modulator team to see whether we have isolated SD-modulator which supports all the 4 modes. I will get back with you when I hear back from them.

But, I'm curious why you want such a part. At a given instance, you will use only one mode to interface with SDFM.

No, we don't have a part with all the four modes in one isolated SD-modulator.

Hi Manoj,

Thanks for your answer.
Customer asks me that any mode-1 isolated SD-modulator device .
He is using AMC1305. ( clock 20Mhz)
The mode-1 seems the clock can be lower. (10Mhz)
Mode-1 and mode-3 devices are rare.
I just want to know them ,and introduce it to customers if they need.

TI doesn't have isolated SD-modulators which support Mode 1 and Mode3. I'm not sure whether any other semiconductor vendor is providing it.
