The following change makes that warning go away.

Multiple versions of F28069.cmd exists. The multiple versions are a bit confusing, IMO.

Using the RAM lnk cmd file from

C2000Ware_1_00_04_00_Software\device_support\f2806x\common\cmd

did fix the issue. Strange though.
