TMS320F28335: the number of transistors of TMS320F28335

I need to use the circuit complexity failure C1 parameter of the microprocessor in the MTBF work, so we need to know the number of transistors of the TMS320F28335PGFA and TMS320F28034PNT chips.

Could you please give me your reply or comment? These would be much appreciated.
