TMS320F28377S: Calculate the right ACQPS value of C2000's ADC

Part Number: TMS320F28377S

Hi all,

I still have some question on the post below.

https://e2e.ti.com/support/microcontrollers/c2000/f/171/t/708172

If I want to set accuracy to 0.5 LSB the time constant should be –ln(0.5/2^12)=9.01 instead of 7.7 (what you mentioned in the post) is that right?

In our system, our Rs is 500 Ohm and Rsw of ADC is 425 Ohm, Csh is 14.5pF, Cin is 1nF. So how could I calculate the estimated ACQPS value for my application?

There is some problem in the TRM I think, like below. Is formula 1 and 3 the same thing? What does T in formula 2 represent? How could I use formula 3 to get the ACQPS I need?

Thanks!
