    1. We do not sell blank PCBs of this design.
      1. The design files can be found in c2000Ware. 
      2. If you would like a new controlCARD you will need to purches the entire product TMDSCNCD28069ISO.
    2. If you damaged the capacitors you should replace them
      1. You should use an equal or more highly rated resistor.
    3. It is difficult to say.
      1. It is possible that other components have failed causing the short.
