Dear TI engineer:

When I flashed to TMS320F28377D, CCS reports the following error:

C28xx_CPU2: Trouble Setting Breakpoint with the Action "Remain Halted" at 0xc056: (Error -1066 @ 0xC056) Unable to set/clear requested breakpoint. Verify that the breakpoint address is in valid memory. (Emulation package 7.0.100.0)

CCS can connect to the DSP, but CPU2 will atuo run while the program is loaded. But it will stop at 0x3FE44E. It is the wait points for CPU2. And the CCS debug viewer display there is a SW breakpionts make CPU2 stops, But I never add the SW breakpoints into the program. And the program can be run well in the demo board, and CPU2 works well. please give some adivce.

In CPU2, when PC is in 0x3FE44E, it says CPU2 is in IDLE mode. Are you selecting a valid boot mode for CPU2?

I didn't make the DSP in the standalone mode but flash mode with debugger. The same code can be run on TI Demo EVM Board well. But when programed on my custom board, the CPU2 will report the above error and automatic run when the flash is finished programing. Just as above picture, it didn't stop at the main HW breakpoints, and I didn't add any HW and SW breakpoints in the program because this is a new chip.
