Customer noticed an irregular behavior in the cloud Pinmux tool and I was able to confirm it. the steps are:
1. Start a new design for F2800x in the PINMUX tool
2. Add several GPIO (e.g. 5 GPIOs)
3. remove one GPIO
4. save the resulting .pinmux file and close the tool
5. Start the tool again and open the .pinmux file.
the opened design will have all 5 GPIOs again although the generated files will show only for
