Hi expert,
My customer encountering debugger error when programming their own F28377D board. Error -1135 indicates the cause could be associated with a range of hardware or firmware problems. So I'd like to have your advice on what to do next based on below facts:
1. When doing "test connection" XDS100 returns "success"
2. When using a "RAM CMD", XDS100 can do the debugging quite well on their board
3. Error 1135 raised on their customer board when debugging with "FLASH CMD"
4. Their firmware can debug on Launch Pad with "FLASH CMD"
5. They claimed that they have already checked the crystal and voltage supply on all the pins
6. This problem occurs on two of their boards (totally two tested)
Do you have any idea of what could be the cause and what to do next?
