SM320F2808-EP: ESD sensitivity

I'd like to verify the ESD sensitivity for this device. I see the following from the Reliability Report.

Should I take that to mean the devices pass up to 4000V as that is the highest (non-optional) voltage tested by the referenced specs?

    Your reliability report was not attached. If you want to include it, please click on "Insert Code, Attach Files and more..." Then use the paper clip to add file.

    I was able to find data showing this passes 2KV HBM, and 500V CDM. This test did not test to fail, so there may be data run to higher voltages.
