Is there any TI Designs similar to TIDM-PSFB-DCDC?

While we don't have the PSFB design ported to our next generation devices yet; I think a good place to start to see some of the newer features that are impactful to digital power control are in this TI design : http://www.ti.com/tool/TIDM-1022  

This showcases HW that does valley switching/valley skipping, blanking window, for a Boost converter.

Can TI sell this evaluation board to my cutomer? The customer wants to start evaluation the system for their next products using the board.

Is it only way to evaluate the system that the customer make PCB base on the disclosed schematic and gerber data from TI and build up the PCB with each parts by themselves?
