LAUNCHXL-F280049C: Getting started with FOC-InstaSpin using F280049C
Part Number: TMS320F280049C
The MotorControl SDK is scheduled to be released at the end of this month if I assume correctly. I was curious what to expect from this. I know that the FAST estimator is being updated from version 1.7 to 2.0 and will move to floating point. I had several plans using the TMS320F280049C for motor control, one of which is MTPA. TI already had an application note since last year about this, but is not a standardized with the current Motorware software.
I therefore wanted to know, what we can exactly expect from the new MotorControl SDK?
We are glad that we were able to resolve this issue, and will now proceed to close this thread.

In reply to Yanming Luo:
Is there someone I can contact to disclose me this information? I do not wish to do work that already has been done for me by TI. Thank you.
In reply to Joshan Mangroo:
Thank you for your answer Yanming. I see nothing has changed from that aspect :)
However, is there new functionality applied in the new 2.0 version? Does the SDK also include MPTA, since the application note?
More new features will be added into the next versions, MTPA will be one option, the related supporting document will be included also.
Thank you for your answer Yanming! What are the other features that will be added?

What is the current status of the MotorControl SDK, I can see it's sort of released, but the download links are unavailable.
