Yes, with Embedded Coder and C2000 Support Package.

Hi Johnny,
MathWorks has many different license types and prices: Commercial, Educational (for institutions and student version), and even Home Use (for makers and individuals). Most of these are paid as we are a software company, and we sell software as our main business. But it's possible the place you work or attend university may already have access to a site licenses for MathWorks tools - you just have to find out where those licenses are.
Check out this link for more info on what licenses are available: https://www.mathworks.com/store?s_tid=gn_store
Cheers,
-Brian
PS: For the C2000 support, you need access to the MathWorks product Embedded Coder - this may or may not be available in a particular license; you have to check.
