Based on the HVKit, I have designed a PCB using a TMS320F28027FPTT processor along with an isolated JTAG connection (using a FT2232D-REEL). So far, I have only used the JTAG connection via CCS to communicate with the board and run the labs. Moving forward, I would like to connect a small HMI or LCD display to view certain values such as RPM, errors, etc. Do you have any recommendations of how to accomplish this (i.e. sample code, specific hardware, "off-the-shelf" solutions, etc.)? Can the F2802 handle JTAG & HMI/LCD communications while simultaneously executing the motor code?
