DRV8301-HC-C2-KIT: Connection Error Control Card

We have been successfully running a BLDC motor with our DRV-8301-HC-C2 kit for several weeks now. When we would first connect the control card to the computer via USB, LD3 on the control card would always flash red. I believe this means that the .out program is flashed to the device. Today, we began to run using the same procedure that we have been, but received a connection error. LD3 is no longer illuminated at all. LD4 still illuminates when we connect the USB, and LD1 illuminates when we supply power to the board. We also noticed that LED12 on the board itself is not illuminated like it was when we were running successfully. Do you have any idea as to what our issue may be?

Which controlCARD are you using? And what error was reported when you connected the emulation? Please check if the power supply to controlCARD is right.

We are using the f28035 iso dimm control card. The power supply is correct, 50 V DC supply.

We have successfully used this power supply on several occassions.

The power supply is correct. We have run this board successfully before. I just am not sure what LED12 represents, and why the red LD3 on the control card no longer flashes. We have not made any software modifications.

If so, the controlCard or DRV8301-HC-C2-KIT could be damaged, please check if the power supply of both kits are right or the controller is locked by enabling passcode.
