I am trying Software Frequency Response Analyzer to get the Bode plot，after connected and sweep, Software Frequency Response Analyzer stop at the "RETRIEVING DATA" status, all labels and buttons were not available，what' might be wrong and how to fix this trouble.

the stuck at fault happens because of loss of SCI comms, due to some error. You can try to make the connnection better by putting a ferrite bead around the cable.

Also you can try to remove the cap on the control card, between JTAG ISO and the CNTL GND, this is described here

Also if none of this work, SFRA data can be brought out without the GUI, we have the process documented

When stop at the "RETRIEVING DATA" status，LED is always ON，that might means loss of SCI comms，

I had read section 7 in spruik4 and it helps，I will try to write some code to get SFRA data through SCI. Before this I will try the first suggestion.
