We have a typhoon HIL 420 systerm in our laboratory.

NOW We are using HIL DSP 100 interface with TMS320f2808 controlcard.

We want to upgrade our systerm :use TMS320f28377 or TMS320F28379 controlcard .

We should buy TMDSADAP180to100 or HIL DSP 180 interface ?

  • I am not familiar with the HIL420 system. However, looking at Typhoon's website, it appears HIL-DSP-180 interface may be a better option since it is designed specifically to accept the HSEC connector used in TMS320F28379 controlcards.

Thank you Hareesh for great answer! Both interface cards can be used. However, with HIL DSP 180 you will get access to more pins on the 379 DSP.
