TMS320F2812: F2812 PWM glitch during power-on-reset

Hi,

Some of my customer's product , F2812 has the PWM glitch during power on reset.

The PWM glitch happens randomly with each PWM pin and it may happen with PWM pair at the same time.

The situation maybe cause the IGBT short.

I have found similar issue on TI e2e, e2e.ti.com/.../380559

And give the same solution, but still fail.

The PWM glitch always happen when 1.9V on as below picture..

Any suggestion to solve it ?

ch1:1.9V , ch2:3.3V, ch3:PWM5, ch4:PWM6

Unfortunately on this device we cannot guarantee the state of the IO when VDDIO is below 2.5 V or VDD is below 1.0 V.

There are many more modern c2000 devices all of which do not suffer from this drawback. http://www.ti.com/microcontrollers/c2000-real-time-control-mcus/products.html
