I want to measure voltages of 4 cells and plot its instantaneous values in a graph with respect to time. I tried using GUI Composer but its board does not connect to TI cloud. What is the proper method? Another solution is reading the ADC values using MATLAB/SIMULINK. Is there any example model available on Mathworks File Exchange? Can anyone help?

For the Matlab question it is best to contact Mathworks directly.

You could also take a look at the Graph tool in CCS to see if that fits your need: http://software-dl.ti.com/ccs/esd/documents/users_guide/ccs_debug-graphs.html

graph-tool is limited. I need values of roughly 30-40min. How to export the data from the watch window to excel or csv?

You could try the GEL solution described in this post to write variables to a file.

Alternately, if you are looking for non JTAG based solutions, take a look at this post for some ideas on UART solutions.
