I apologize for the delay in getting back.

I have not been able to locate the paperwork showing the actual testing.

However, I have found reference data indicating that it was performed with at 125c with 15(0) sample size using +/-100 mA and 1.5*VDD max.

Unfortunately with this age of device and data, the original test results are no longer available.

I understand the difficulty in recovering the test data.  So, to understand your response, 1.5*VDD was applied (~2.7V) and no latch-up was observed at that voltage?

Also, was any testing performed on VDDIO?
