I've got the c2000ware-motorcontrol-sdk labs running.
I've got some heavy comms and display tasks running and was hoping to try out running the FOC from the CLA.
Is there a working example I can use?
Not yet for instaSPIN-FOC on F280049C, but has some generic CLA examples in C2000Ware, you might have a look at these examples as a reference.

As mentioned above, there is no instaSPIN-FOC example code for CLA in motor control SDK.
Is there not some internal code written to test out the cla and instaspin?
It's a lot of potential work to make it run from the CLA and I wouldn't want to do something you have already done.I notice that there are lots of CLA versions of the functions. It's just a case of picking the right correct ones?
When I quickly try it out I cannot include the typedef "USER_Params" from the cla code. it says
"fatal error #35: #error directive: "Header file <stdlib.h> not supported by CLA compiler"
That's using cla_EST_run();
Not yet till now. All code must be included in .cla or .h files and copied to LSx RAM for execution if the code will be called by CLA.
