Sorry for we don't find the M3-J5 interface. How to do this operation?  

So far, we skip this operation, it's also running well. Thanks.

    You should find it near the on-board emulation IC(FTDI) or H2 connection, the jumper will be used to disable the on-board emulator, and then you can use the emulator on controlCard. That's ok for some controlCard if you don't populate it.
