I couldn't understand your question.

Do you want to write an application note similar to the above one using Simulink 

(or) Do you want to implement an application as mentioned in the app note but using Simulink.

Thank you for pointing out the confusing points.

I want to try using Simulink to do what is written in the application note.
For that purpose, I think that FSI block is necessary for F28004x block.
Please add FSI blocks as soon as possible.
